The simple golf swing Review
<img alt="simple golf swing review" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5530499084408045042" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_BkpNw_xcWa4/TMBHnYzDvfI/AAAAAAAABL4/0gDJIXU_6E4/s400/simple+golf+swing.jpg" style="float: left; height: 347px; margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; width: 300px;" />Dear golfer,

Let’s get something dead straight before we start…

I have never believed in using golf instructional guides by themselves to improve your golf game.

Really, I don’t…

It seems more and more now these golf instructional guides all have great sales pages promising instant cures in your golf swing. New golfers see “You will play like a golfing god in 2 weeks“, and think “wow! GOLFING GOD huh, here’s my credit card info.”

Then the same golfers who bought the golf instructional guides realize that a list of instructions mean nothing on it’s own – only after wasting their cash on the ebooks…and then the next hot golf instructional book comes out and the cycle repeats itself.

Great for the guys who sell the golf books, pretty crappy for the poor new golfer who bought it.

So you can imagine my reluctance when The Simple Golf Swing ebook came across my desk for review.

It was written by David Nevogt who claims he has helped tens of thousands of golfers around the world improve their golf game.

I did some research and to my surprise The simple golf swing is currently the No.1 selling golf instructional system online.

Okay, so it sells well, so what??

As I began to peel back the onion on The simple golf swing, I became intrigued by something I have never seen taught before in any other golf instructional guide – “The concept of swinging around a stable spine axis to promote power and consistency.”

Most golf instructional guides simply mention this in passing and never give credence to this very important golf swing concept.

I have always been a huge advocate of swinging around a stable spine. When someone says “You lifted your head up”, what they really mean is you lost your spine angle – one of the most common faults of the average golfer.

The truth is most weekend golfers do NOT keep their spine angle stable throughout the golf swing.

I know what you’re saying – “easier said than done!”

Simply telling a golfer to “Keep your head still” doesn’t work because then the same golfer becomes restricted and doesn’t make a proper shoulder turn – losing precious yardage as a result.

Here’s the deal…

If you wanna develop a mechanically sound golf swing you can repeat again and again, it is absolutely critical you find a bullet proof method that teaches you to swing around a stable spine and still make a proper shoulder turn…

And the way The Simple Golf Swing teaches you this is so easy it’s down right spooky!

Main Benefits Of the simple golf swing:

1. The Simple Golf Swing contains a step-by-step guide with detailed photos to teach you the correct way to grip the club. Instructions for the interlocking and the overlapping grip are included. You learn the best grip for your swing.

2. Learn a method to check your grip the club the same way for every shot.

3. Learn a procedure to ensure your grip promotes straight ball flight.

4. Learn a secret to align the club face so you don’t push the ball right. This is a problem many golfers face, but luckily it is an easy one to fix.

5. Learn the revolutionary setup. The Simple Golf Swing setup allows you to swing around your spine. The key is to limit the amount of horizontal and vertical body movement during the swing. This setup automatically gives you the correct swing plane promoting consistency and power. It’s given to you in a step-by-step procedure and is easy to remember on the course.

6. Learn to get to the top of your backswing, and how to get into the same position for every shot. The Simple Golf Swing teaches you an inside-out swing you can use to automatically hit the fairway.

7. Learn where to stop your backswing. The Simple Golf Swing teaches a shorter backswing than most. A short backswing promotes consistency, and increased distance. Remember, golf is a game of opposites.

8. Discover the distance secret many instructors don’t even address because it’s so hard to teach. Here’s a hint: A simple Hand Action to increase your swing speed by 10 mph.

TheSimpleGolfSwing.com

Check out this slow mo video analysis on Tiger Woods’ golf swing. Notice how he swings around a stable spine keeping him on the correct swing plane.

Tiger has very little lower body turn combined with an incredible shoulder turn giving him what top PGA tour swing instructor Jim McLean calls “high X Factor” - the difference between lower body and upper body coil.

Because Tiger is so stacked at the top of his golf swing, he generates an insane amount of power on the downswing – a pure golf swing if there ever was one!

So what can you learn from Tiger’s swing?

In a nutshell – “swing around a stable spine“

Watch how stable Tiger keeps his spine during the backswing as he coils up like a cobra.

So you’re probably asking yourself right now if there is a golf teaching system where you can learn how to swing just like Tiger does?

A system that teaches you how to swing around a stable spine…

The truth is, there is a golf training system that teaches a bullet-proof golf swing any golfer, regardless of ability, can learn very quickly and easily.

Learn the whole system in about three hours. And two weeks later, you’ll be playing great golf!
Click Here To Learn More

In many people’s eyes, golf is a completely leisurely sports without consuming much physical power,but this is not the fact.One of my friend who has played golf for many years told me that if we try to finishing waking and playing the whole 18 holes, then you will find golf needs a a lot of physical energy,different from expected.Only it is not as strong and confrontational as some sports.The friend also said that golf air speed can actually up to 250 km / h.

So for those urban people who regularly work in front of computers,going outdoors into nature to learn to play Titleist AP2 Iron Set?is a useful exercise to help body sculpting. Titleist AP2 Iron Set swing is a whole body involved movement,most of your muscles and joints will be needed.forcing power by waist,swinging and hitting by arms, walking by your feet,especially the swing Titleist AP2 Iron Set, which is a full action of co-ordination, strength, explosive.It is not easy for a person who rarely exercise but wants to practiced 200 balls in the drving range.

David – Fahey, from the United States Golf Association, who once wrote in his book :” we are convinced that walking to play Mizuno MP-67 Iron Set is the most enjoyed way, and cart riding to play for this movement is detrimental.”Walking is an essential element for golf.You often have to walk 56 kilometers.If complete the entire course and walking is very useful for your health.Some people think that during the golf (Titleist AP2 Iron Set)playing,stopping and starting can not achieve the exercise purpose, but it is completely wrong.

when we play golf (Titleist AP2 Iron Set) ,we need to use the body’s muscles and joints, especially the waist, shoulders and arms and other parts to complete the entire swing, can fully exercise the body’s flexibility.In addition to action exercises as a basis in the training ground, having the right equipment at home is also essential for your daily fitness.

Running Machine is mainly used for training the leg muscles, which could cost energy, improve heart and lung function, accelerate the blood circulation as well.When running speed should be from slow to fast and breathing should be uniform.Try to complete a breath during 3-4 steps.If you do sit-ups treadmill exercise on the running machine, you can also exercise the lower abdomen and my back muscles.Leg strength plays a significant role in stabilizing the swing of Mizuno MP-57 Iron Set.

Elliptical machine is mainly for the legs.It can enhance leg muscle strength and capacity of joints and improve bone density, improve bone density, bone legs to prevent osteoporosis, effectively prevent sports injuries.

By John Lynch

Looking for the secret to a great golf swing? I guarantee if you master this one magic move in your golf swing your golf scores will come down at least 10 strokes?immediately!

What is this secret move you ask?…

In a nutshell ? “Start the backswing with an early backward wrist break!”

Lemme explain.

I know what you’re thinking, this sounds too simple to be true. It goes against every rule you ever heard about starting the golf swing. But it’s true – and unless your golf swing is now everything that you want it to be, you will find out how and why this one magic move is made.

The backward wrist break is quite simple to do. If you have been breaking your wrist in the conventional way you may need a little time to convince yourself of the backward wrist break.

Conventional golf swing wisdom says to break the right wrist (right handed golfer) late in the backswing.

Since the backward wrist break is the first move in the backswing, let’s be absolutely certain you understand what it is.

First, hold your right hand in front of you, fingers together and extended, thumb up and the palm squarely facing the left. From that position bend the hand to the right, trying to make the fingers come back toward the outside of the wrist. You can’t get them anywhere near the wrist, of course, but a person with supple wrists can bend the hand back until hand and wrist form a right angle.

          <!–
AB_pos         = "intext";
AB_lang        = "en";
AB_cat_channel = "2703325639, ";
AB_path        = "http://d21j60o022fwiu.cloudfront.net/";
document.write(unescape("”));
//–>

            google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ”   AB_cat_channel   AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

This motion of the hand, straight back, is the backward wrist break.

The way the right hand should move from the wrist in the early backward break-straight back toward the outside of the forearm, with no turning or rolling.

The conventional wrist break is quite different. Hold your hand again as you held it before. Now, instead of bending it backward, bend it up, so that the thumb comes toward you. That is the orthodox, accepted wrist break. Forget it. You will no longer need it.

To make the backward wrist break we merely push the heel of the right hand down against the big knuckle of the left thumb. This is a downward pressure of the heel on the thumb. When it is done, without moving the hands otherwise, the right hand breaks backward at the wrist and the left hand breaks forward or inward, the back of the left hand going under and facing, in a general way, toward the ground.?

How the backward break is made, with the heel of the right hand pressing down on the knuckle of the left thumb. The back of the left hand begins to turn down and under.

How not to make the break. Wrists and hands have rolled, the back of the left hand has turned upward. The right hand is rolling too, instead of bending straight back.?

At this point the club will have come back slightly inside the projected line of flight but the club face will not have opened. The face will be at about a 45-degree angle with the ground and, as you stand there, you will not be able to see any of it.

We have not put this into the actual swing yet, remember. We are still working on the biomechanics of the wrist break. At this fundamental stage in your backswing you may refuse to believe that you can hit the ball with such a break. So make this test….

“Go To The Practice Tee, Or To A Range Or An Indoor Net. Address The Ball. Make The Backward Break And Do Nothing Else!”

Don’t shift your weight, move your hips, or turn your shoulders. Just make the backward break. Hold it a couple of seconds. Now simply turn your shoulders, letting the shoulders swing your arms and the club up to the top, and then go right on through with the swing and hit the ball.

You’ll be amazed at what happens after you try this a few times. You will find, if you keep the wrist position, you not only hit the ball, but that you hit it solidly, hit it straight, and hit it a surprisingly long distance.

You will also discover the more you permit the turning shoulders to swing the club up, the better you will hit the ball and the farther you will hit it. Make no effort to swing the arms, just let the shoulders move them and the club. The more the arms are swung independently of the shoulders, the less likely you are to reach a good position at the top. So picture the shoulders as the motivating force, the “motor.”?

Here is what you should see when you make the backward break perfectly – only one knuckle of the left hand but two knuckles of the right.

The closer you bring this motivating force to the axis of the swing (the spinal column) the better the swing will be.

Learn how one simple “magic move” (which you can easily feed into your current swing in just 7 minutes, even if you stink at the game right now) instantly uncorks so much hidden raw power, balance and accuracy… That you can go out tomorrow and launch a pin-point 230-yard tee shot with a 3-wood…From your knees!

Hit ?em Long and Straight!

After having played, practiced, and experimented with my own golf swing over a period of some 30 years, I have reached some rather definite conclusions concerning the swing and its execution.

These conclusions, which I have boiled down into four categories, have been tried and tested under all conditions and types of play, from casual rounds to tournament competition, and, while

there is nothing startlingly new about them, they do serve to emphasize the fact that you must practice and perfect them if you wish to become an accomplished golf player.

These four steps to better iron play are:

(1) Form

(2) Rhythm

(3) Proper turn and shifting of the weight

(4) A good follow-through

The Form Of A Golfer

A player must have good form if he is to achieve success in golf.

Naturally, some players aren’t as formful as others, but they are almost identical at two important stages of the swing, the address and at impact. Develop your form, and the development

of your game will follow naturally.

Swing With Rhythym

Every golfer has a different tempo to his swing. You should develop a smooth, powerful swing that will generate maximum power through the ball. Good tempo and good timing go hand in hand in a golf swing.

          <!–
AB_pos         = "intext";
AB_lang        = "en";
AB_cat_channel = "2703325639, ";
AB_path        = "http://d21j60o022fwiu.cloudfront.net/";
document.write(unescape("”));
//–>

            google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ”   AB_cat_channel   AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

The windup should start slow and be unhurried. At the start of the downswing, the first move should also be smoothly performed; then, as the hands and arms reach the hitting area, they can lash out through the ball with all of the power the legs and body have generated.

A good point to remember is that the upper part of the body winds up the swing and the lower part of the body starts the unwinding process.

Weight Shift

The weight is shifted to the left side much faster on an iron shot than it is when you are hitting a wood. The reason for this is that the shaft and the swing are shorter, thus making the

swing more upright. Also, the ball must be contacted on the downswing, so the action of the body, arms, and hands must be faster.

Another thing: The wrists are broken sooner on the backswing with the irons, because this aids you in making the downward hit.

The weight shift is accomplished by the entire left side, but mainly by the left hip, followed by the straightening of the left leg and planting of the left heel on the ground. A strong

pulling-down action of the left arm and shoulder follows as the left hip moves slightly laterally and then around.

This clears the left side, eliminating blocking action which results when the left leg buckles and the body slides too far past the ball. The movement described above eliminates another

enigma the beginning golfer encounters, the fat shot.

One final word of caution about this weight shift: It must be smoothly done, not in a jerky, convulsive movement.

The Follow-Through

Turning out of the shot properly is one of the last things a golfer learns how to do. Assuming that you have moved into the downswing correctly, you can increase your directional control

immeasurably if you will permit your right hand and arm, as an extension of the clubshaft, to follow through toward the target.

Do not permit your right shoulder to rush around in front of you. This would throw the entire swing outside the line of flight. Instead, the right shoulder works under the chin so that you can follow through properly on line with the target.

If ever there was a place on earth where you could swing your clubs in the stunning backdrop of nature, it has to be at Banff in the Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. Known for its picture perfect beauty with its snow capped peaks, hot springs, greenery, crystal clear lakes and unending blue skies, a Banff summer golf vacation will be the memory of your lifetime.

North America’s most popular tourist destination, Banff has a plethora of activities that will make you one with nature. Biking, hiking, canoeing, skiing, kayaking, camping, fishing and of course golfing for all you golf addicts. The most spectacular championship course is the Banff Springs course. At the foot of Mount Rundle and along the picturesque Bow River this course has incorporated its natural surroundings into that of the play area flawlessly. Designed by Canadian golf architect Stanley Thompson this was originally an 18 holes course. 9 more holes were added to it in the year 1989 making it a 27 holes challenging course. Amateurs and professionals alike will be astounded by its design and panoramic beauty. Natural beauty presents interesting optical illusions while you tee off and makes your game enjoyable. You also get to use clubhouse facilities, the pro shop, rental equipment, shoes and also use the practice area to brush up on your strokes.

The Stewart Creek in Canmore, Alberta is another scenic 18 hole course. Golf Digest has rated this course as Canada’s second best in its 19th annual ranking of courses. The course design and the views are enough to get you high playing golf. The Silver Tip course is a course which has its execution to perfection. The valleys and mountains are a part of this course and give you the most challenging game of your life.

It is in Banff where golf gets new dimensions, and new challenges which makes the game a rare package of high adventure and classic serenity; a truly rewarding experience. When you are in Banff, your vacation will be incomplete without sampling its shopping highs, exploring the town of Banff or skiing and mountain biking at the 3 ski resorts of Mount Louise, Sunshine Village and Ski Norquay, which are in close proximity.

If you want to unwind after all the adventures of Banff then head to the Banff hot springs. The spas and fine dining experiences will make your day worthwhile. Heading to Banff during the summers mean warm temperatures of 70-72 F and daylight hours of up to 11 pm during the summer solstice. However more time in the sun means you can suffer from over exposure to the sun so it is wise to carry ample sunscreen, sun hats and sunglasses.

So what are you waiting for?? Make Banff your next golf vacation destination.? Get your vacation booked through a golf vacation planner so that you are not left to the tortures of an unplanned holiday. The best deals with nature are only at the recognized World Heritage Site ? Banff. Make the most of it.

We certainly all can’t be Tiger Woods, but you know for sure that your swing could be better. You just can’t figure out how to do it because no matter how hard you try, it just gets more and more embarrassing, not to mention simply worse. It may be time to dump all you think you know about golf, and start on a clean slate with the simple golf swing. It has worked for many other amateur golfers just like you, so I don’t see why it shouldn’t work for you too.

The simple golf swing tells you what most other instructors don’t:

You learn that your spine is your axis and that without it, you will not be improving your swing any time soon.

Did you know that you have to keep all your swings consistent if you want to lower your score?

Grip, timing and club face alignment are the elements that help you put your ball in clean curves and get them to land exactly where you want.

You need to stop forking out $100 for each golf lesson you attend and get a program that goes at your pace to help you get to your desired handicap. Their success rate is over 90% – almost everyone who has bought and used the system comes off with a much better swing. That means you can too.

For $49, you get to download instantly the simple golf swing Manual, plus bonuses worth $247, all which are designed to teach you everything you need to know to become the best golfer that you can be. You also get membership into an exclusive club of golfers who will be yours to trade tips and information with all the time ? and who knows, you may just find yourselves meeting up for a round or two.

What if it doesn’t work for you? If you don’t have a better swing in 60 days, you will get a full refund back, no questions asked.

Superior athletes who never make it big are seen in ALL sports. We all have heard countless stories about gifted athletes who never made it big because they weren’t willing to put the time in needed to reach their innate potential.

I learned an astounding golf secret about golf swing improvement from a zen master. Zen Master Dogen Zenji frequently spoke about the “four horses,” which is a metaphor used by the Buddha in the Samyuta-Agama sutra. The path to golf swing improvement is described most eloquently by the metaphor of the four horses.

The first horse, the superior class, is like a horse that runs fastest by merely feeling the whip’s shadow. The second horse, the good class, runs fastest when the whip brushes its hair, the hair of its mane. The horse that runs fastest when the whip touches its body is the third class of horse – or the poor class. And the fourth, the lowest kind of horse, is the one who runs fastest only when the whip can be felt to the marrow of its bones.

At first glance we all want to be like the first horse in the superior class. These are the fast learners – the ones who seem to be a natural. Dogen Zenji says this may not be so desirable. A study of master golfers has shown that it is not the students with innate natural abilities who have achieved golf mastery. The golfers who have achieved mastery are mostly the students with average to below average natural abilities – the ones who have practiced their craft diligently. This is very interesting – why is this so?

          <!–
AB_pos         = "intext";
AB_lang        = "en";
AB_cat_channel = "2703325639, ";
AB_path        = "http://d21j60o022fwiu.cloudfront.net/";
document.write(unescape("”));
//–>

            google_ad_channel = “7940249670, ”   AB_cat_channel   AB_unit_channel;
google_language = “en”;
google_ad_region = ‘test’;

Many plateaus in golf skill levels accompanied with short bursts of golf swing improvement is the path to golf swing mastery for all students.

When the first class of student takes up golf they see an immediate spike in golf swing improvement and are very motivated. When they reach that ultimate first plateau where their golf swing does not improve despite hard practice, most gifted students get discouraged.

Gifted students are used to seeing fast progress, so they may blame the golf instructor or something else just so they don’t have to put in the hard work that is needed to continue along the path to golf swing improvement – and the ultimate goal – golf swing mastery!

Many superior students will then give up the game of golf due to frustration.

Superior athletes who never make it big are seen in ALL sports. We all have heard countless stories about gifted athletes who never made it big because they weren’t willing to put the time in needed to reach their innate potential.

The fourth class of student will see a slower rate of golf swing improvement, much time spent on plateaus in their golf swing skill level. If the fourth class of golf student stays with it and practices hard they will learn the golf swing to the marrow of their bones, like the fourth horse.

Before you can master the golf swing, you need to learn the golf swing to the marrow of your bones. To learn the golf swing to the marrow of your bones you need to stay at each skill level for however long it takes. Most first class students never learn the golf swing to the marrow of their bones because it comes easy to them. The time spent on plateaus for golfers who learn fast are shorter than the ones who learn slower.

The enigma of the parable of the four horses is we must learn the golf swing like the fourth class of horse to become like the first class of horse – or the superior class – to become a master golfer!

Hit ‘em Long and Straight!

This article is written for those who would like an open and honest detailed review into the most powerful move in golf. I am personal friends with Martin Ayers and Steve Elkington. I have been fortunate to be able to work with Martin Ayers one on one.? I met him over a six months ago through a site known as Secret in the dirt that Steve Elkington created as a free online community for every level of golfer to be able to connect and share anything and everything golf related.

Personally I own a golf academy for kids and through implementing what I have learned and teaching my personal students there is no doubt that the most powerful move in golf will change anyone’s swing immediately by following the simple drills outlined in the video.

So what is the most powerful move in golf ?

The Most Powerful Move in Golf is a collaboration effort between 10 time PGA tour winner Steve Elkington, Golf Instructor Martin Ayers along with legendary World Golf Hall of fame Jackie Burke.

Steve Elkington is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. He spent over 50 weeks in the top-10 of the Official World Golf Rankings from 1995 to 1998. Elkington has won 10 events on the PGA Tour, most prodigiously the 1995 PGA Championship at the Riviera Country Club, which is his only major, and the 1991 and 1997 Players Championships. Elkington was a member of the International Team in the 1994, 1996, 1998 and 2000 Presidents Cups. In 1995, he was awarded the Vardon Trophy; this award is given annually by the PGA of America to the tour player with the lowest scoring average.

Martin Ayers is an Australian golf instructor. Martin developed a large following in his own right by expressing his unique ideas on Youtube and in various golf forums. He was also one of the earliest members of Secret in the Dirt when in launched in April of 2010.

He began working with Steve Elkington in the Spring of 2010. The concepts that he worked on with Elk are now presented here in “The Most Powerful Move in Golf.”

When the two connected, they began collaborating on Elk’s swing together, and began work on The Most Powerful Move in Golf. Within the video, you’ll discover:

1. How Martin Ayers came to understand The Most Powerful Move

2. Why it is so effective the average golfer

3. How to implement the Move into your swing easily and effortlessly.

Here are what a few people are saying about Martin and The Most Powerful Move DVD:

“I could go on for hours about the specifics and whatnot, but all I can say is that Martin is seriously a genius of the golf swing, through some unorthodox drills and ideas, you will get a lot better hitting the ball and can really change the way you look at golf “.

The wait for “The Most Powerful Move in Golf” seemed like an eternity! But I can tell you now it was well worth it!

“The video is a great piece of work. Martin has discovered something very important. If this isn’t Hogan’s Secret then Hogan never had one.

Take if from a guy who feels like he has tried everything ? I literally have read well over 150 books on this game ? Martin’s stuff is the real deal. For the price of a round of golf at a municipal course (perhaps with a cart in some places), you can learn a move that will put more power, accuracy, and confidence in your game. That is the bottom line”.

“I bought and downloaded Martin’s video and got up at 5.00am this morning to try the swing. As a devoted TGM admirer I found the moves Martin succinctly described very useful and I did get the ball to fly 10-15% further.The biggest improvement I found was that the move kept the pressure points on my grip intact without having to grip the club any harder. Occasionally my grip separates at the top, not any more.The description of the swing was well described and easy to follow”.

“If you have not given Martin’s method a try all you are doing is cheating yourself out of a lot of great golf?”.
